Can Your Diet Affect Your Acne?
Teenagers and adults suffer from acne. When teenagers discover the first bit of acne on their face, they try to scrub it away. Little do they know the acne they suffer form could be caused form what they eat. This is also true for adults. Teenagers like to eat junk food. They never eat a balanced meal unless they re forced to by their parents. All that salt and fat needs to come out of the system somehow, and where do you think part of it rears its ugly head? Of course, on the face. The more fat that you put into your body, the more fat has to come out of the body. One way for this to happen is with the appearance of acne on the face. Add in a little stress form school and friends, and it’s no wonder teenagers are buying up acne removal products. Adults are a little different with what they eat. Sure they may consume chips and salty foods, but thing that creates acne more than anything is chocolate. Women fall into this trap more than men. When PMS comes along, women turn toward the chocolate. The hormones and extra calories cause breakouts to occur on the face, just like in the teen years.
